In-Person Training With Phil

Since 1978, Phil Robb Fitness™ has been helping individuals from all levels of health and fitness, and from all walks of life, get into the very best shape of their lives. Our premier personal training services are effective, exclusive, innovative, motivational, fun and affordable! 

Founded on a solid base of advanced knowledge, superior skills and extensive experience, each training session that we conduct - regardless of its complexity or simplicity - carefully considers and utilizes the numerous kinesiological and physiological factors inherent to each client.

As a valued Phil Robb Fitness™ personal training client, we can help you improve your strength, flexibility, endurance, posture, balance, coordination, cardiovascular health and overall physical appearance. You can lose body fat while developing lean healthy muscle mass, tone and firm, rehabilitate from an illness or injury, or train for a specific sport or event.

Phil's renowned in-person training is provided on a by appointment only basis, is always scheduled to your convenience, and can be conducted in the comfort and privacy of your own home, at your office, at an outdoor training location, or at any other place of your choosing. Available in a 60-minute platform, training can be purchased one session at a time, or in discounted blocks of 12 sessions, 36 sessions, 144 sessions, 216 sessions or 288 sessions.

Online training has emerged as a relevant and credible means by which Phil Robb Fitness™ can reach valued clients across the country and around the world. 

We realize that for many, connecting with your personal trainer online offers the most convenient and effective means of communication. And, being keenly aware of your desire for superior services at affordable prices, Phil Robb Fitness™ has developed a unique service offering platform that has taken all of the guess-work out of establishing your online training program. 

Much like our renowned in-person training sessions, our online services are offered in individual email platforms that include everything from fitness and diet evaluations and customized program design to ongoing counseling and support. 

Phil Robb Fitness™ online consultations are also perfect for fitness professionals, educators or students, who would like to utilize our decades of knowledge, skill and experience as a valuable resource.

Outdoor Fitness

Training in the great outdoors (also referred to as green exercise) offers a wide variety of physical and mental benefits that include a boost to your immune system, a burst of Vitamin D, an increased calorie burn, a release of more feel-good hormones (like dopamine and serotonin), and a longer, more challenging workout in a constantly changing environment.

Offering many of the benefits of our land-based training, water workouts are  a highly therapeutic activity that builds endurance, increases muscle strength and aerobic capacity, improves flexibility and agility, alleviates pressure on the joints, burns calories, reduces blood pressure, relives stress and decreases anxiety.

Beach Fitness

If you’ve never worked out on the beach, get ready for an exhilarating training session that will challenge your mind and really work your muscles!
