Generally speaking, Phil Robb Fitness™ clients tend to be in it for the long haul and as a result, choose to train with us long-term. These valued clients understand the need for on-going experienced instruction, and appreciate the numerous benefits that can be achieved by working with a personal trainer long-term. They know that it takes time to reach fitness goals, and they have made the decision not to try and rush the process. They don't want to cut corners, and they definitely don't want to take chances with their health and safety. They've made the decision to invest in themselves, and they've chosen to make their investment a long-term one. 


That is not to say however, that Phil Robb Fitness™ doesn't have short-term clients. Many of our short-term service offerings are perfect for individuals that have more immediate fitness needs.

WILL I NEED SPECIAL EQUIPMENT?

Yes. 


Our in-person training clients need their own exercise equipment, a home gym, or access to a training facility within their community. We do not train in commercial gyms or health clubs.

 

The basic equipment necessary for our in-person training sessions includes an adjustable bench, dumbbells, barbells, resistance bands and exercise mats.


Clients participating in our Pool Workout Program will need water fitness equipment such as dumbbells, jog belts, kick boards, gloves, and aqua runner booties.


Phil Robb Fitness™ can help outfit you with the best in quality training accessories including lifting belts, training gloves, wrist and knee wraps, lifting straps, jump ropes, mats, medicine balls, kettlebells, resistance bands, pedometers and water bottles.

In beautiful Southern California and in exciting Southern Nevada!


Phil's 100% mobile, in-person services are available in the Orange County, California communities of Seal Beach, Huntington Beach, Costa Mesa, Irvine, Newport Beach, Corona Del Mar, Newport Coast, Lake Forest, Rancho Santa Margarita, Coto de Caza, Las Flores, Mission Viejo, Laguna Hills, Laguna Woods, Aliso Viejo, Laguna Niguel, Laguna Beach, Dana Point, San Juan Capistrano and San Clemente.


In the exciting Las Vegas Valley, Phil's training areas include Desert Shores, Summerlin, The Lakes, Spanish Trails, Southern Highlands, Seven Hills, Henderson, Anthem, Green Valley and Lake Las Vegas.


Best of all, the location of your training sessions will be entirely up to you! 


All of our training programs are formatted to seamlessly integrate into your busy daily life. You don't need to join an overcrowded gym, or take the time to travel to a training facility. We'll come directly to you! 


And to make your personal training experience as enjoyable, effective, efficient and completely functional as possible, we'll conduct your training sessions in the comfort and privacy of your own home, at your office, at an outdoor training location, or at any other place of your choosing.

In-person training sessions are provided on a by appointment only basis, and are always scheduled to your convenience and personal preference. 


  • Are you a first-thing-in-the-morning person? Then early AM training it is! 
  • Prefer daytime training? No problem - pick your favorite late morning, mid-day or afternoon time slot! 
  • Want to train after work? You got it and evening training is the answer!

Though individual personal training is our specialty, our renowned personal fitness programs can also be developed for couples and small groups of (up to) four individuals.
